Striking Off of Subsidiary - GPac Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd. - 4 Jan 19

The Board of Directors of Hong Leong Asia Ltd. (the "Company") wishes to announce that GPac Technology (M) Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Leong (China) Limited which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has applied to the Companies Commission of Malaysia ("CCM") for its name to be struck off from the register pursuant to Section 550 of the Malaysia Companies Act 2016.
