The Board of Directors of Hong Leong Asia Ltd. (the “Company”) wishes to announce that Manjung Granite Supply Sdn. Bhd., a subsidiary of the Company incorporated in Malaysia, which had ceased operations in 1997, has been dissolved under a member’s voluntary liquidation.
